About the position:

The Customer Success Rep is part of the Marketing Team and plays an important role in nurturing Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Qualified Leads and transferring these to the right partners of OneBizz for final sale.

When it comes down to the contacts with potential customers in the marketing/orientation phase of their buying journey, you are the face, voice and pen of OneBizz.

You work closely together with your colleagues from the marketing team to set-up, execute and improve lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns and also have a working relationship with the various partners of OneBizz and other internal and external stakeholders.

Communication is key and therefore it is important that you are business fluent in writing and speech. As we are an international company, being business fluent in English is needed. 

You will be working with online media such as website, blog, chat, e-mail, web-meeting and social media (management) tools, so experience with these is considered essential. Next to this, our CRM tool is one of the most important management tools you will be working with.

Your direct contact with end-customers is through the telephone, email and chat and is aimed at moving the potential customer further down the pipeline. Therefore good commercial skills are vital. You are able to establish relationships with potential customers by using telephone, email and chat, people enjoy talking to you and see you as a true ambassador of OneBizz.

Being a spider in the web within a new business initiative, you are both a self-starter and a team player, with a pro-active and customer centric attitude. You know your responsibilities and act in accordance to these. You are precise, dynamic and ambitious and know how to convince people. 

Experience in sales (especially telesales) within the IT software industry is a plus and knowledge of the business solutions market (ERP, CRM) would be great. Experience with selling cloud-based solutions is definitely a plus!

About you:

  • You enjoy being successful in sales! Having sales experience is seen as a strong plus.
  • You have excellent communication skills in German
  • You have a good understanding of English
  • You are experienced in working with Microsoft Office (experience with Microsoft CRM is a plus)
  • You have excellent telephone skills in order to establish and manage relationships with current and new customers
  • Your work is accurate and punctual
  • You are motivated, focussed on the result and put the customer first
  • You have a commercial drive and are service oriented

We are flexible regarding the location where the Customer Success Rep will (initially) be based.
